Tiny House: Huge Increase in Carbon Debt

Been gone a bit. I spent most of my weekend in front of the grill, really cooking up a storm. Sausage, steaks, corn on the cob, potatoes, chicken, et al. Lots of fun - I love to grill. Old Smokey lived up to her name this weekend!! I heard the polar bears had to move 10 miles further North by the time I was done dumping all that carbon into the atmosphere.

The Wx has been beautiful, so I have that going for me, which is nice. Even better my daughter-in-law and grandson stayed an extra couple of days. It is so nice having everyone around, I miss my daughter and her family as well as my son. Wish we lived closer at times, but perhaps this is for the best.

Hope you all had a good weekend, and sorry about the higher temperatures and severe hurricanes I have probably caused!

Should I say it? I'm going to. Grilled food tastes better.

Glad to know that your weekend was so satisfying. There is something about cooking out. We have done it twice so far this year. They may be the last time the weather will permit it.

I agree, it is tough at times when the kids live so far away. But you are onto something when you say it is for the best. I can resonate to that.

So far our part of Kansas has been spared the very severe weather. Our hearts go out to those who were.

Continue to serve with integrity, care about those you serve and share the love in your heart/soul.

pink: Lots of chicken left over...

ll: Indeed it does, and its better because most of the fat renders out.

jack K: Glad the storms gave you a pass. Kansas is synonymous with Twister. Good advice!!!

/t: You mean hickory smoked lamb? The ozone thing, yeah, I burned the hole accidentally after trying to build my own nuclear rector in the basement. The instructions for the kit were in Spanish, that should have tipped me off right there.

Then make a fine dice of some water chestnuts, mix the diced wcs with some crushed garlic and some finely diced ginger, mix with a little rice wine or dry sherry and stuff the mixture in the caps - then bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for at 350 for about 15 minutes.

foam, hope you had awaterproof tent!!

I'll be around to visit tomorrow, been trying to reconfigure and clean up the computer room. So far so good!! Thanks all for stopping by!!!!!!!!!!!

This time its the Democratic parties fault. They put a bunch of people up for a vote the dems voted for who they want. Now the democratic party is saying it was not your time to vote.

My state is the laughing stock AGAIN!!!!
