Walk it Off

Whenever I start feeling put upon or overwhelmed one name leaps to mind – Bonsha the Silent. Bonsha was a lowly person afloat upon a sea of shit. He bore every shovelful that came his way in silence, accepting his fate without complaint, without crying to someone else to take up his burden. In the end an Angel recognizes the strength of Bonsha’s character and plucks him from the sea of shit.

I wish I could be like Bonsha – not the shit part, but the fortitude part.

I can relate to Bonsha - all except the silent part. C'mon, I mean really! Can you really imagine me silent? Ever? Hey!! That's it! Just scream a bit, Phos! Let it all out! I guarantee you'll feel better! I always do! ... ^_^

No? Well then...lotsa cyber hugs to you till you're all better!

hammer:I am ok, just relating a parable. Bonshaic tendencies are just something to shoot for when anyone feels as though they are the king of a world of shit. Odd how one story read early in Jr High could touch a person so deeply.

ec: Sometimes holding it all in can be a bad thing, that is true.

ALL:I am really not having any more problems then usual, just wanted to share Bonsha's tale with you.

As I say in my book; I have never complained what I have gone through in life, but the day I meet God ... I will spit him in His face.

Maybe that's why I don't die???? :|

Well, I guess after a while, you wouldn't realize that the sea of shit stunk. You would think it was the way life smelled. So when you are removed from the sea of shit, does fresh air smell good or now stink? Food for thought...

ALL: Thanks for your thoughts, I am ok, it was just story that has stuck with me through my life. The rose is a miracle in and of itself – never thought anything that pretty could grow in the backyard at tiny house.
I also apologize for not answering each one of you – I prefer doing that, but time doesn’t allow. Thanks you all for stopping by!!!
