A Show of Force 07

The air show was good. They had a “private” show for the denizens of the air-patch. It was nice because I was able to get some photos without extraneous snapperheadage. The downside is not all of the aircraft had arrived yet

I am mucking about with the photos and will post them shortly…

I used to go to air shows every year when I was still hang-gliding. Great fun.

I love airshows but could never get good pic because like you said
knuckleheads would walk right into the photo.

Can't wait to see the rest :)

DAK:The Air Show is fun, but ours gets too crowded. They had over 300,000 people at the base over the weekend.

fuff:So now it is boat shows?

/t>:Or the time I almost got thrown out for grabbing the edge of the sheep skin the girl was dancing on to pull her closer. That probably woudln't have been too bad, but the dudes on the other side of the stage thought that was a good idea so we sort of wound up playing tug-of-war with her. Then I felt a huge looming presence behind me who nicely asked me to stop. Didn't have to ask twice!!

Hammer:That is almost true everywhere around here - even out in the mountians there's people climbing all over the place. I try to tell Ms. Phos it is too crowded here, but I don't think she cares.

EC:I even have some videos, those are really going to take some work and will have to wait until after our trip!!

hdwk:Thanks. It was pretty hazy and of course the clouds rolled in just in time for the show!!

That plane babe looks like she eats more than arugula and half an M&M for lunch. What were they thinking?
