keshi: Thanks, I am trying to get this camera figured out. I miss my Brownie Hawkeye, where you just pressed the white button on top and it took a picture. You just lived with whatever you got. I don’t miss the cost of film processing though, so the digital camera really shines there! Kirsten: Yes, I spent many a summer day lying out on the hill in our backyard cloud watching. There are lots of interesting shapes. dak: That’s Mr. Yukon all right and he is giving me the “I don’t like the way you run things around here” howl. I am certainly not avoiding you or anyone, just been to knackered to log on the past few evenings. I am taking a break today to take some of the pressure off my knee, so I shall be by, by and by…
/t.: Yeah, I have to work out the flash thing, it does give everything a blue cast. I took a RAW format file of the same picture and warmed it up a bit in Photoshop so Yukon doesn’t come off so blue. I appreciate the comments, someday I will get this figured out, but for me half the fun is tinkering with the camera. Technology both intrigues and baffles me. Good thing I work on computers, eh?
Mayden:I actually took a picture of my grill “Ol’ Smokey” and the steak there upon. I thought about posting it and now see that I should have gone with my instincts! lulu: And well he should scare you – both pups love cats, not in the fraternal sense but in the hunting sense. Other than that Yukon is an 85 pound ball of fluff. He thinks everyone is on earth to pet him. jin: Thanks Jin!!

Keshi.
Nice pix.
In the sky-pic I can "see" many things.
A shoe, a hat, a running rabbit, a whale, a worm, a squirrel ... Can you "see" it??
Do you remember, as children we used to lay down in the gras and look at the clouds passing and "see" all these things.
(I asume you did it too)

Woo Woo! Right back at you, cutie blue Yukon.
jewels: That is the look of frustration. I am not moving fast enough and he wants his Jalapeño popcorn.

Beautiful rose and great clouds. I've just written a song called "Changing Clouds". A kids one. It'll be on the next CD.....
Is your dog singing?? Looks like it! =)
