like doves though... seemed like one night in the north two white dowves wear decending onto us... but I guess, they were in fact something else... look simular, but they have a different name.
they are a beautiful sight, and such brave critters. (or stupid...) They wait until you are well within grabbing distance of them before they fly away.
Course...you don't even KNOW they're there till they flash out within arm's length of you, flapping like Michael Phelps doing the butterfly at the Olympics!

Very pretty dove, we have them here too, I love their 'cooing'. ♡
