The moon this week has been especially lovely. I saw a perfect moon Sunday night while walking the beach with my husband..I only wish I had my camera (or even my cell phone) to snap it hanging perfectly between a cluster of palm trees with it reflecting on the sea below...It was amazing.

Thanks all! I really love the desert, though it seems kind of desolate at times the views are magnificent and it is one of the few places you can see the bones of the earth.
AZ is fortunate in that if I need a forest fix I can drive North to Sedona and into the pines and aspen, there are even some lakes, though don't expect lovely tree lined shores!! Besides I can get my tree fix when I get back to WI later this month. I am hoping the trees will have started to don their Fall colors, but that's tough to predict.
As usual, your photo is fantastic.
From one photographer to another, how did you get the Saguaro to pose in that precise position? snerx.
