What's for Breakfast?

Many people ask me "Phos, how do you maintain that lithe athletic body?" I hate to give up the secret of my Olympian physique, but it is all in my breakfast regimen. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as you know.

The rest of my rigorous physical training consists of sitting on my ass reading or blogging. I know it is tiring, but an afternoon nap helps my muscles recover to begin again in the evening.

Phos...hay, you linked me!
And I would be grateful, but, I'm not sure you know what you've just done.
Tell ya what, here's why....
I like the eight pack of lil white donuts and a big ol' cup of coffee. That's a great way to get some sugar, caffiene and not worry about morning heartburn.

Sometimes, when I'm feeling really hungry?
I'll buy two packs of those donuts.

(thanx for the link)

**OO**: Need to lose 10 pounds fast Mr. Prune is your friend...

B-Man: Been meaning to link you for a while, just been lazy. I find for extra energy skip the little white powdered donuts and go for the Little Chocolate Donuts, or LCDs as we call them at the training table.

LL: It's god for you. No meat...

/t.: I wouldn't put anything in my body the dogs wouldn't eat.

T-Next: Stay away from the Korean food tent after drinking a bottle of soju or you might find yourself eating someone's pet. Catnis not half bad.

chickie: Koreans can't get enough of those bowls, that's were I caught my addiction to them.

If the body is a temple, well I think you're in big trouble, keep up that health regime and it will soon become a 'ruin'. :) xoxox
