Political Rant
So one party can't keep it in their pants (except toe-tappin' Joe from Idaho, probably a democrat at heart ) and the other takes every opportunity to get in on a swindle. Fine choice we have. America has even managed to turn the political process into "American Idol." It is no longer about the people or the issues or upholding the Constitution, but about grabbing as much power for the party as possible.
And "We the People" sit on our indolent asses watching NASCAR and reality TV while we are having the couch stolen right out from under us. Maybe all we deserve for leaders are the Obamas and McCains.

I read once that we end up with the leaders we deserve.
I guess that how it works when the majority are disinterested in the condition of our once great nation.

When only one out of five people even bother to vote, these are the kinds of candidates we get. Think about this: if the other 80% of america actually got off their rear ends and not only voted, but voted Third Party (any Third Party), we'd have the established autocracy turned on its ear in a single night.
I always vote Green Party since they actually let Wiccans run for office. The d's and r's are always so obsessed with pleasing the Red State Kompassionate Kountry Kristians that it just makes me sick.

Don'tcha find it funny just when Obama was get'n kind'a chummy with Edwards that this story splashes across the Internet and then da "Enquirer"?
Me thinks da "Clinton's" still wanna go to da White House and so does the corporations behind them!
Well at lest with da Democrats you get some form of heath care reform! With most of the businesses move'n off shore, an unemployed labour force, the companies left throw'n out health plans and da insurance companies under-cutting it's customers...etc... Your gonna need it soon!!!
