Home Before the Holidays
Been kind of scarce lately, I am not avoiding you nor do I have writer's Block. Probably shouldn't have said that - now I will bring down the curse... At any rate, the main reason for my absence has been a full house. Children, spouses, their dogs and our grandchild are making the place really rock. I can't tell you how nice it is having everyone here and having the house abuzz once again. Even better, now with our son and his family moving to Arizona our family will be contained within the borders of one state - it has been a long time since I could say that.
It has been so very nice having everyone together again. I wish they could all just stay on, but realize they have to get on with their lives, but at least we are close enough that visiting doesn't involve an extended flight or playing the airport game.

hey that's great that they are moving closer. this way they can get grandpa Phos to babysit more often

dak: Try the noodles - they have a kick-ass soup. There is a lot of different Chinese food there, not just BBQ, though the BBQ duck is really good.

That'll be us next week, with My husband's middle daughter getting married, His Oldest daughter,her hubs and 6 children will be with us. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

big familiy days! always love that, even thought it's quite common to me, cause we all live whithin 30 miles ;)
THe past week was a real hoot, hate ot see it end. Sent the girls out to a day spa for a littel r&r, got to spoil my grnadson, and the house was just so full of life and joy - really hate to see it end. The good news is that they'll be back for sure. Good thing I got a four bedroom house!
Not just me then!
