I think giraffes are pretty neat critters. We have four at the Baltimore zoo.

Are you sure it's not a long necked, four legged, wingless, spotted vulture?
Just kidding, I really like giraffes, I think they have such pretty faces, lovely photograph Phossy dear.

B-Mage: This is one of the babies at the Milwaukee Zoo, probably not very small anymore...

Di: They are very graceful, unless they are trying to get a drink of water from a pond.

Foam: It's just a youngin'.

Well, I'll give you it's cool looking, but, I'm thinking that, unless it's got some great range to run in, it might not be all that "graceful" which, for a giraffe, might be quite an experience in and of itself.
I mean, a clumsy giraffe!?
Tripping, banging its head on trees and such.
Then again, I hear they feed them well at the zoos.
Feed them...to the lions.

B-Man: Well, they're no gazelle, that's for sure!

/t.: Thanks. It's kind of cool because they rigged up a platform so you can go up and feed the giraffes. I gave that a pass.

HDWK: Shoulder's better. Still aches a bit, but I expect that will pass. On the upside I can tell when a low pressure front is coming into the state.

Tongues the best part, cure it in salt for a few weeks, slice it up and fry it in butter.
