Vulture for Little Lamb

Not the greatest picture, these Egyptian vultures at the zoo were pretty far away, but you get the idea.

Where are their pyramids if they're Egyptian?

Or at least...where's their arrow through the head prop?

I think it's a good photo, I like the stone background and the vegetation in front, they are unusual looking vultures. xoxo ♡

LL: That's because we don't live in Egypt.

B-Man: Unfortunately it's a still picture or you could see them walking like and Egyptian.

foam: Thanks, The zoo tries to display the animals in more or less natural settings.

Di: This is the Milwaukee County Zoo. Their displays are pretty nice and they try to group animals from the same region together. They even have the Lions with the African animals, but there's a large ditch cleverly hidden between the lions and the rest so the animals so the big cats can't "do lunch" with the zebras.

/t.: Why, I believe it is!! Probably won't be there for long tho.

Vultures are nature's clean-up crew. It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it! They are amazing creatures :)

Anna-Lys: The Mrs. is quite lovely.

LL: See the beaks on those guys? You go in and tell them they can't eat whatever they want.

B-Mage: Amazingly disgusting. I saw a Turkey Vulture crawl out of a steer carcass on the side of the road once. Blech.

SC: As long as they aren't circling you everything is ok.

Pink: Come on Vultures and lambs go together like...like...grills and lambs!! Had shoulder surgery. The arm still hurts, but in a different spot, guess that could be called an improvement.
