Been a nice stay in Tucson, but I think we wore out the grand puppy!!

At 10:48 AM, The Phosgene Kid said...: Thanks Boneman! The dude wouldn't like me very much, I use the touch technique for steaks, though I do use thermometers for poultry. Fish has to flake before I consider it done, shrimp turn color so no worries there.

If I do happen to guess wrong there's always the microwave to help finish it off!!
