beef roast! AS far as veggies, I heated a tablespoon oil and garlic in a fry pan, dropped in a bunch of spinach and let it wilt, them a shot of salt,pepper, and a handful of slivered almonds and veggies are served.

Hope your Yorkshire Pudding stayed up, unlike mine which usually collapses on itself like a black hole of grease. I'll try it again on New Years Day.
