At 7:50 PM, The Phosgene Kid said...: beef roast! AS far as veggies, I heated a tablespoon oil and garlic in a fry pan, dropped in a bunch of spinach and let it wilt, them a shot of salt,pepper, and a handful of slivered almonds and veggies are served.
