Into Each Life...
Dreary was the word for the weekend. That is ok. The much vaunted Hurricane Dane threw a little rain our way. It ade for a cloudy day, which in turn meant lower temps, also welcome. Dean was a rough deal for the folks that were schwacked, but a boon for Arizona.
I added Rosemary cloud pictures as well as a shot of our yard boss sheltering for the rain drops. The last shot is the interior of possibly the worst restaurant I have had the displeasure of visiting, Chuy's Mesquite Broiler. The place was noisy, cluttered, and adds a new dimension to the words "choke and puke". The best thing that could happen to that place is a grease fire.
Companies really need to think things out before going to market...

tools... all the COOL STUFF!
this is even better than your last SEX post, phos -- and WAY better than the advise you gave me re: 'the playground'...
/t.
/t.: Best advice, take care of your tool, and it will take care of you.
Nice pictures. I like the boss of the yard picture.
Pretty skies...
I don't often think of the word dreary when I think of AZ.
Nice Pics Phos!
ll: He drives all the other humming birds away from the feeder. The funny part is he is smaller than most of them.
ruela: The rain has washed the dust and pollution from them so they look a lot fresher than usual. Most times they resemble weak tea.
leelee: We get the summer monsoons and winter rains so we do get gray skies. Nomrally we have a filthy skies because of the overcrowding here in the Valley of the Smudge.
That bird is a big bully and wants the food all for himself and won't share.
pretty cloud pictures
ll: HE even bullies me sometimes. I have had some near misses.
dak: Thanks! It is nice to have clouds in the sky again - clouds that aren't just clouds of dust, that is!
The perfect tool is a credit card? That does make sense.
And the "apply today" means? :D
Nice sky shots. Cute bird! And I thought that restaurant looks like fun!!?? But then it's different to anything I've seen over here.
Anytime you want to recreate your Chuy's dining experience, I'll be happy to set up a card table in my garage and microwave a burrito. Not to torture you, but rather because I can approximate the ambience and cuisine.
