I agree - I think you'd make an excellent teacher. Really sorry this change isn't entirely by choice, though, but you do have the right attitude about it all. Bravo!

And Foam - I am so sorry to hear of what possibly looms on the horizon for you. I myself am right now on unpaid furlough, and though none of us have voiced it the commonly held fear is that we'll all be told not to bother coming back while we are on furlough! If not this furlough, then the next one later this year, which is right after the new fiscal year start. I do hope things will work out well for you Foam. Stay alert, stay positive, and take care of yourself.

I think you'll make a great teacher -- and we certainly have a distinct shortage of dynamic, enthusiastic teachers. I think you will be awesome in that role. :)

You don't mean you'll be teaching dogs, do ya?
That one looks happy enough.
(He'de like the little meat pocket under his left eye scritched just a bit....)

I always wanted to be a teacher. But, in Indiana, they throw them away for grins and giggles.

Sounds like a worthwhile endeavor. Good luck.

I prefer to teach adults. The kids can be a handful.

I think you would make a wonderful teacher Phossy dear...you are articulate and a very interesting person...just stick to the curriculum though, no lessons in pyrotechnics or rocket launching. :-)

Good luck with that, I'm sure you will find it personally rewarding.

Dont forget to come over and get your friends award from my blog, its at my June, 30 post. ♡

I too think you will be a great teacher! Hope that it makes you happy!

I am on the brink of a new career as well but havent written about it yet. Its very exciting, but I am secretly wondering if I am worthy!!!

Do you have much to do to become certified to teach?

I think America's youth would benefit from some Phos.

Don't you love how dog's will just put their head where ever it's comfy? Stinky Dog likes resting her head on my feet if I'm standing up.
