Well the Dr didn't find any problem with the arteries, but said my heart was weak because of my hypertension - I didn't have the stay in the hospital I had anticipated if they had to go in and unblock the pipes, which is good, but still don't have any answers, which is not so good. The day I spent at the place was enough anyways.
The doctors can't tell me why I have a double heart beat, but I have medicine for that. The thing is my job switched insurance companies so I have a different doctor now.
Awww Phos. What a bummer! A weakened heart is no fun - just ask hubby! The good news is - one can adapt. Of course, it'd be better if the doctors could simply make it better. These days, however, they seem to be able to do that less and less with more and more medical conditions! If there is no medication or treatment they can do - take heart (ooops - sowwy!). You will have to learn to adapt a bit and slow down a bit - but you otherwise sound healthy, so other than resigning yourself to having to slow down a bit and rest up a bit more than you'd like, a weakened heart is certainly not a death sentence. Just Nature's way of telling you you ain't 20 years old any longer!
'Course - this also means that you'll have to start being nicer to Mrs. Phos, 'cuz you won't be able to out run her and that frying pan of hers any longer!

Well that sucks. I know it is a total pain when something is wrong and the docs can't figure it out quickly.
Really hope you're doing fine Phos!
